The location is 9 miles from Callanish and 9 miles from Stornoway.

Have an adventure on sea fishing trips to the remote parts of Loch Erisort and journey on the stunning boat trips to the dual World Heritage Site St Kilda.
Visit Uig, the jewel in the crown , where the Lewis /Uig Chessmen were discovered. Abhainn Dearg distillery the most northerly distillery where traditional Hebridean distilling methods are used and all processes are done on site. Tune into the amazing Hebrides environment at the incredible machair beaches at Ardroil and Reef. Marvel at several millennia of the area’s heritage at Uig Heritage Centre and enjoy lovingly prepared snacks at Marianne’s Lochcroistean café.
Westend BnB is 15 mins from Stornoway ferry terminal, 40 minutes drive to the ferry at Tarbert Harris for the crossing to Skye. One and a half hours to Leverburgh the port for Berneray / North Uist. (Don’t forget to allow for check-in time).
While planning a visit to the Hebrides, do book the ferries well in advance if at all possible.
